We offer our Property Management services all across Zimbabwe.

We have a dedicated Property Management team, you will be assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will be responsible for your portfolio.

Yes, this is managed by your Account Manger.

You will receive regular reports from your portfolio from your dedicated Account Manager.

Delivery Runner FAQ's

Delivery Runner is our subscription-based delivery service, designed to help you reduce the cost of home deliveries for your orders. Once you sign up, on a reoccurring basis your order will be delivered free of charge to your chosen address. The delivery runner scheme also gives you access to exclusive discounts with us and our partners too.

You can cancel within 14 days of starting or renewing a paid plan. Once your plan renews, you also have a 14-day cooling off period in which you can cancel the plan at any time. After this time the plan renews every 90 calendar days.

You can cancel the plan any time before the renewal of the plan. The plan renews every 90 days.

Our guarantee relates to your grocery deliveries. It’s our promise that you’ll never be out of pocket with Delivery Runner. We’ll work out exactly what you’ve saved on grocery deliveries by being a Delivery Runner customer. We will compare what you paid for your Delivery Runner plan and the delivery charges you would have paid without it. If it turns out you’d have spent less without it, we’ll give you a grocery voucher for the difference. It is a win win.

We aim to process all orders as soon as they are received and we have a standard turnaround time of 24 -72 hours dependant on delivery location and time order is placed.

Yes, there are two ways you can upgrade your delivery. The first and most cost-effective way is through our Delivery Runner subscription click here for more details. The second is to pay for the delivery upgrade fee dependant on your delivery location.

You will have a tracking link that you will be able to follow for your delivery.

We will always try and accommodate our customers, if you try and cancel or change a delivery once it has commenced there will be additional rearrangement fees attached. You should email us here first or call us.

Yes, you are able to get free deliveries on all orders over £100. You are able to get 50% off your delivery from any spend over £70.
